For parents who are sending their child to the Primary school for the first time, it could be quite confusing and there are important dates to remember. In Singapore, there are different dates for different kind of eligibility to register. Please refer to the table provided below for quick references.
Important Registration Dates
The Primary school registration starts from July 7 until Aug 28 and will be broken down into different phases.

Phase 1 | Child has a sibling in the school | July 7-8 | Guaranteed place |
Phase 2A(1) | a) For parents who joined the alumni association of the shcool no later than 30 June last year
or b) For parents who is a member of the school advisory/management committee. |

Phase 2A(2) | c) For parents or sibling is an alumni of the school.
or d) For Parents who is a staff member of the school. |
July 13-14 | By July 16 |
Phase 2B | e) For parents who joined the school as a parent volunteer no later than July 1 last year and has given at least 40 hours of service by Jun 30 this year.
or f) For parents who is a member endorsed by the church/clan directly connected to the school. |
July 20-21 | By July 24 |
Phase 2C | For a child who is ineligible for or unsucessful in the earlier phases. | July 29-31 | By Aug 11 |
Phase 2C Supplementary | For a child who fails to get a place in school of choice in Phase 2C. | Aug 14 | By Aug 19 |

Registration will be opened from Mondays to Fridays between 8am to 11am and between 2.30pm and 4.30pm during the above registration period.
