If you are new to the world of autism and wanted to know more about what is autism, this is an essential course to attend. It will cover the basic knowledge of autism that you will need to know.
The Fundamentals of Autism workshop aims to increase participant awareness through an introduction to Autism and the “Culture of Autism”. It is particularly relevant to parents/caregivers and professionals who would like to have an overview on the topic of Autism.

Participants will acquire a fundamental understanding of:

how autism may affect the individual’s experiences and behavior |

intervention and support needs of individuals with an Autism Spectrum disorder |

practical intervention strategies that work |
