Secondary Schools with SNO for Autism

Secondary Schools with SNOs
[updated: 23-Nov-08]

If you planned to send your child to a mainstream secondary school, it is best to choose one with SNO (Special Needs Officers) that could provide Mild ASD Support.  SNOs have roles which complement and support classroom teachers presently provide to pupils with special educational needs.

I have compiled and sorted the lists of secondary schools according to zones and also the address so that you could check quickly which one is more convenience for your child to attend. I have also provide the schools’ websites so that you could check on the school directly to find out more about it before you enrol.

Please take note that some of the schools already have SNOs in place but not all. However, all of the schools listed here will have SNOs in place latest by mid 2009 according to the plan from MOE. Therefore, it should be safe to apply to any of the schools listed here.
