I hv a 7 yrs old girl and she has non-verbal learning disorder. she did badly in her maths, how can i help her and where can i look for someone who can teaches her?
Mrs Low, you may need some creativitiy in teaching your daughter instead of the traditional drills. Make use of the senses such as visual, touch and playing games and role playing will enhance her understanding of more difficult concept.
Engaging external helps like a tutor with experience will be good. I do not know many who could teach Maths but you could try Ms Chua, see more details below:
